Yesterday around noon, visitors enjoying the festivities surrounding the 30th Twilight Criterium were likely perturbed by the presence of several helicopters, hovering in the downtown area.
From our location nearly 5 miles away, we weren’t aware of the hoopla, so imagine my shock when I read this screaming headline in the local paper today:
